Our resident agent service is available to any Nevada corporation or qualifying entity. Under this service, we serve as your point of contact with the State of Nevada. In addition, we act as the designated place for any legal service of process, such as a summons or subpoena. As a part of the service, we will forward your corporation’s annual list of officers and directors and other correspondence from the State.

Standard process time is 3-5 business days
"Rush Orders" will be processed within 48 hours for an additional charge of $75.00
